Busy's been my first name. Been gathering the necessaries to hand feed the coming hatch. Have no idea how many... the most there can be is eleven.

Ashley & Shane are having a great time with the two babies... named them ... hell, I forget! Been like that for a couple days now, from a chair at the table to the kitchen door and I've forgotten what I'm up for. Scarey! Figure I'm gonna be in a nursing home same time as my schoolmate, Marion and we won't even remember each other!

Did I mention going to the Maine Fiber Frolic? And David Paul of The Merlin Tree fine tuned my big ol' Quebec Production Wheel. Really need to take a piccy of that so you guys can see it. Well, some people may be interested in my spinning wheels! Prolly strangers, my own family is bored to tears with my fiber fumbling. You kids should be happy I have something that keeps me from calling you to come rescue me from boredom! Appreciate the things that keep me happy. And gets you guys nice warmies for winter.

Vic & Shel, Micah will be here July3 with his new wife. Surprise! Wish you could be here.

Trying to get all the pics off my puter and onto discs, with copies for everyone. Got PICASA, and it's awesome. You kids just hang on a bit longer, the pics will get to you.

Ashley with both babies... she's good with them Posted by Hello

Ashley & Shane's babies Posted by Hello

Shane just returned Friday from two weeks National Guard Training in Brewer, he's to leave for more training on July 12th in Colorado, then rumor has it he'll be deployed to Iraq. I don't understand why we're sending the National Guard, has our regular military been so depleted that we have to send our National Guard? Guess we're in trouble.
He and his fiance, Ashley are taking the latest two baby Tiels to live with them. Their baby, Andrew isn't sure what he thinks about those UFO's in his air space.
More news later, as in... two nests, 11 eggs.

Both babies are now out of the nest and Babe & Alex are thinking about a second clutch. The nest box will disappear today.

The babies are really sweet, easily handled, fly like eagles! Really clever babies. Not the least bit afraid of anything.

Pictures later.
