Not blogging seems to be a way to assert my displeasure at not having access to MY OWN HARD DRIVE! Grrrrrrrrrr. Using a friend's laptop has saved my sanity, what there is of it, especially considering "'tis the season" (now that's awkward, what do you do when quotes start a contraction?) HOWSOMEever, many things are missing from daily life, addresses, errls..., but getting by, not taking pics, and that's too bad, if one were more disciplined, there would be a pictorial journal of my latest weaving attempts, the few things I managed to knit this past year before my left hand decided that living in excruciating pain is the way to go. Maybe this little paragraph is the impetus I need to take some pics tomorrow, even if I can't post them, I'll have them.

yayaya, I know. This laptop can do everything I need a puter to do, but I really hate to fk with someone elses system, so I shall refrain.

Gotta tell ya, I have learned mucho from my mistakes at the loom. ANNNNNNNNNNnnnnnd added sectional wings to my warp beam. Now that will be so special when I get an opportunity to put on a new warp, no more futzing around with a warping board or the jerry-rigged warping mill, which is really wonderful, but encourages one to wind MILES of warp. Never even think of long warps when using sitcky crochet cotton! Especially if you continue to avoid mastering "THE CROSS".

Tree is up, most prezzies wrapped, Geezy has started collecting ingredients for his s'ghetti and meetaballz, and an extra added bonus goody this year, his cousin wants to trade some of his home made kielbasa for some of our sauce, and that is a most wonderful trade! The man makes the worlds BEST kielbasa, with no glurpy gristley chunks, just plain good edibles! So perfectly seasoned! Ah yum. OOPs, gotta remind the man to check out the possibility of a meat pie for Christmas Eve. And slaw.
