My GREAT granddaughter is a total hellion... here's a pic of her just before her uncle Shane got married...

She came in once, showed me her hands, and said she had to wash her greasy hands. What a monkey!

Hahaha, Norma Jean and her chillen were here today, doesn't seem they've grown an awful lot, in fact, after a quick trip in a denim purse to be flaunted at the neighbor's I set the bag down on a postal scale and the two puppies and bag weighed in at 3 1/2 pounds. They still look a bit like walruses, and their bellies are so fat! Momma is doing a fine job with them!

This has been a lonnng day, with few highlights... well, here's one, Breanna came in and said she had some happy news for me. The puppies eyes are opening. I thought that was quite a statement for a five year old. Happy news indeed... and since I couldn't go out to the truck to see them, she carted the basket in to show me.

Lordy those puppies are fat bellied and soft furred. And if there are no changes, I will have BOTH of them. Need to call my neighbor and find out about puppy shots.
