Dam, I'm GOOD!
.
Thursday evening it clicked, I learned how to read a draft (well, a simple one) and how to weave 2/2 twill. Loked good on paper. Friday morning I DID IT! oh, DEEElite! Happy, happy me! Dance, dance, dance. It looks so good on the loom, complicated even! Like I know what I'm doing! hahahaha Can't wait to post a piccy!
.
This morning, I am determined to release the tension from the breast beam and make sure I ain't weaving a big bubble. There has been a decided sag in the middle, even though the tension seems to be even across. I'm scared. If this dam thing has a hump, I will UNWEAVE it. Later.
.
Now I know I must have an eight harness loom. I love my Baby Wolf, and don't see what's the big difference and why I can't just buy the center (technical term here) and have a four now four later on this loom, instead of having to ditch this and buy another. I will HAVE to have eight harnesses. No way around it!.
.
On another important front, I must learn enough html to be able to put spaces between paragraphs. Think I got a book somewhere.
.
TA!
