FLIGHT PATH
.
Ya, me. Right in the middle of it. 12 tiels checking me out and letting me know their opinion on everything. And they do have opinions. They love their overthedoors raw wood roosts. I used to cringe everytime I heard that beak-on-wood gnawing sound. Gotta retrain my cringe reaction. All except the Bitch (little green bitch parakeet) are availing themselves of the acceptable chew sites. SHE still thinks the molding around the star-well needs alteration. We'll see about that, I can still net her and clip her flight feathers ;>

I would love to be able to show you what I'm doing now! So excited! I warped some acrylic yarns onto my wonderful Baby Wolf loom, and set it up for a DOUBLE WIDE piece! I'm weaving a folded piece! so it is double wide. At one point, I had a crossed warp end anafter three tries and unweaves, had to take a break, but mostly it's going along fine. Not as quick as single width, but, going along fine. Had started with a reallllly taut floater on the folded edge, when it broke, I took a chance that my edge could remain straight. Well, it did draw in over time, so I threaded another taut floater on through. Probably should do the same at the two selvages, and there is still time, though I think I've got about a yard woven so far. Oh, this is so exciting. Would love to show you the piccys! Grrr.

and Grrrrrrrrrrr. Today, if my motherboard does not show up, I will order a new one from a different company, and swallow my loss with a flurry of nasty grams to anyone connected with that fn company. So there!
